Alex Yedigaroff

Alex is an experienced strategic advisor, having worked as a trusted partner to executive leadership teams across both central and local government. He began his career designing solutions and managing complex change at a global bank during the 2008 financial crisis, before moving into public sector digital—initially as a project and product practitioner. Over the years, he has developed specialist expertise in strategy development, organisation design, and capability building, through roles at the Home Office, High Speed 2, the Ministry of Justice, and the Government Digital Service, where he worked closely with the Government’s Chief Technology Officer. Alex has also led digital transformation at Southwark Council, spanning a wide range of services including social care and planning. More recently, he served as Head of Product Delivery at the Parliamentary Digital Service and, this year, returned to dxw as Director of Data and Product.
