Claire is a technology leader, strategist, and innovator recognised for delivering digital transformation across public and private sectors. She has held senior roles leading large-scale organisational change and earned international recognition and awards for advancing innovation. With expertise in emerging technologies, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, Claire has advised governments globally on using technology to strengthen public services and build resilience. She began her career in the private sector before moving into public service, where she has led cross-government, international, and industry collaborations. Claire holds a Master’s in Technology Strategy & Management and is completing a PhD in International Business, specialising in the intersection of culture and technology.
