Crispin Read is CEO of The Coders Guild, a leading digital skills training provider for the UK tech industry and small business community. He spent two decades in software development before turning a side project into a national training movement focused on real-world skills.
Crispin sits on the FSB’s Technical Advisory Committee, advocating for SMEs in tech policy. He’s currently leading the employer trailblazer group developing the new AI & Automation Apprenticeship with the Department for Education and Skills England – a programme built by and for small businesses.
