With over five years of experience in digital product design and user research, Elisa takes an explorative approach to tackling complex projects by leveraging new techniques and resources that allow non-designers to participate in leveraging user centred design techniques. Her work is focused on identifying the riskiest assumptions the business is making about a product or service, finding ways to validate those assumptions, and then coming up with actionable plans to move the business toward their goals. Her particular areas of expertise include working on projects that deal with complex data sets and information and using co-design methodologies to make these complex services easy to digest for both new and experienced users.
