Emma is the UX Manager at the University of Edinburgh. She heads up a small team of content and UX staff to train, coach and empower colleagues in UX and content design approaches and methods with the goal of making the University's digital systems, products and services more people-centred. She runs a UX Group of Higher Education professionals as part of UCISA to encourage wider collaboration and sharing in the sector. As UX Research Lead, she actively contributes to the open-source Drupal content management community where she enjoys continually learning about AI possibilities.
