Eoin Costello

Eoin is a passionate digital innovator helping to redefine localities in the 21st century as platforms for sustainable jobs, innovation and collaboration. Eoin is the national director of the Dargan Institute, Dún Laoghaire where he has led national initiatives such as Ireland’s Digital First Day and the Connected Hubs Showcase Day. His book on the Dargan Institute’s ‘Digital First Communities’ model was awarded the Minister's Medal by the Chair of the OECD 4th 'Digital4SMES' Roundtable in Paris. In 2022 he was appointed the national '.ie's Digital Hero'. He sits on the Irish Government's 'Enterprise Digital Advisory Forum' and is an Ambassador of the European DIGITAL SME Alliance.
