Fiona McAra-Hunter

Fiona McAra-Hunter leads the User Centred Design team who design and deliver government schemes in Ofgem. Fiona's worked in the public sector since 2016, with most of that time in Scottish Government, working first on designing the devolved benefits system for Scotland, and then in health and social care reform. She's a service designer by trade, and has been running UCD teams, of varying sizes and maturity levels, for the last 4 years.
