Gyula Törzsök

Gyula leads major programmes across digital connectivity, logistics and low-carbon infrastructure, turning bold ideas into investable propositions. With over 15 years’ experience in private and public sector transformation, he specialises in unlocking complex funding, building delivery partnerships, and shaping strategic portfolios worth billions. He has overseen multi-sector projects across the UK and internationally, including delivery of a £12bn investment pipeline for the Thames Estuary. Prior to joining the Growth Board, Gyula was a Managing Consultant advising NHS, DWP and local authorities on economic strategy, digital transformation, and smart infrastructure. He also co-founded a successful tech business and has advised on projects spanning AI growth, river freight, green finance and full-fibre rollouts.
