Helena Hill is an AI and experience design strategist. With nearly two decades of experience helping organisations design user-centred services, she brings a unique perspective at the intersection of customer experience, organisational change, and emerging technology. Helena has worked across diverse industries, including aviation, manufacturing, the public sector, and finance, to improve user journeys, deliver complex digital programmes, and shape AI readiness strategies and governance. She is also UX and AI expert mentor with Northumbria University. Passionate about aviation, Helena also runs a plane spotting YouTube channel, Gate Forty Nine Live from Manchester Airport!
