Her work equips organisations to create truly inclusive cultures, by helping them recognise where exclusion shows up in everyday processes, thinking and, increasingly, technologies. With expertise in simplifying complex topics like neuroinclusion and AI, she's worked across sectors - from tech and education to finance and law. She’s particularly focused on how bias, when unchallenged, becomes embedded in tools like ChatGPT, and scaled without question. Her approach centres on what she calls “inclusion intelligence” - the ability to spot hidden barriers, challenge assumptions, and design for real difference. In her talks and training, she helps HR, L&D, and DEI leaders bring practical inclusion into the age of AI - without jargon, overwhelm or unintended harm.
