Jon has extensive experience at senior levels in organisations across a variety of industry sectors including Financial Services, Retail, Engineering and Social Media. However, after qualifying with an MEng in Electronic Engineering, he started his career as a software developer in the defence industry and drove early work in the use of neural networks in decision making and robotic control. Despite moving into leadership roles, Jon has remained hands on with technology and is still researching new approaches to virtual neurons and their potential uses.
