Lauren Chiren is the founder and CEO of Women of a Certain Stage™ - the global authority on menopause certification, training, and enterprise workplace strategy. She’s educated over 350,000 people through free workshops, trained and certified 1,350+ professionals to become Menopause Coaches and Champions in 30 countries, and advised 400+ of the world’s top employers. Her clients include Amazon, Mercedes F1, HSBC, Blackstone, Nike, and other global brands that don’t just want awareness, they want execution, enterprise integration, and measurable results. Lauren is a trusted voice in international policy, providing eviudence to the UK Parliament, US DE&I initiatives, and serving on the award-winning BSI committee behind the world’s first Standard for menstruation and menopause at work. She was awarded the Freedom of the City of London for her global impact on women’s health and workplace wellbeing. Her journey began when, while leading in financial services, she feared she had early-onset dementia, only to discover it was premature menopause. That wake-up call became a global movement. Now, she’s building the ecosystem for future generations, with a mission to certify 20,000 menopause practitioners worldwide. Lauren doesn’t just lead the conversation.
