Luiza Sequeira

Luiza is a UX designer at Macmillan, where she works with multidisciplinary teams to promote and enhance user experiences across the company’s diverse product portfolio. With more than 15 years of professional experience, she has worked in a range of industries but found her true purpose in designing for social impact. She works to align user needs with business goals, and her interests include exploring complex user scenarios, acting as a bridge between technology and human behaviour, and experimenting with how emerging technologies can enhance and transform user experiences.
