Dr. Oma Eguara

Dr. Oma Eguara is an educator, SEN teacher and social entrepreneur working to bridge the digital divide in underserved communities. She holds a Master’s degree in Special and Additional Learning Needs and a PhD in Technology Enhanced Learning, and has spent several decades helping learners and families develop confidence, curiosity and agency through inclusive education. She is the founder of TEKSHAQQ, a London-based social enterprise that equips people from marginalised backgrounds with the digital skills, tools and mindset they need to thrive in today’s digital world. Dr. Eguara combines research insight with grassroots delivery, making her a trusted voice on inclusive EdTech, AI literacy, and equity in the digital age.
