In this talk Megan Morys-Carter, Director of Digital Innovation for Oxford University Hospitals, will share her experience of drafting and co-creating an AI policy with the staff and patients of the hospital. She will share the key concerns raised, how the governance was set up and reflections on engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to solicit their views. She will also share why we felt we needed an AI policy and what AI-driven opportunities we want to exploit.
