About this Talk
AI4ASC is an AI-driven approach giving people access to all the trusted Adult Social Care information and advice a local authority publishes - and that of their partners and providers – in a new, accessible and more personal way.
This work has been developed in collaboration with Norfolk County Council, Bradford Council and West Northamptonshire Council and uses WhatsApp as a way to allow people to 'have a conversation' with this complex ASC content in any language, 27/4, with in built feedback loops and intelligence.
